The atmosphere and service were fantastic, actually thats the only reason why I wanted to provide feedback. However, the food was terrible. The tostones were not fully cooked, the chimichurri tasted like nothing, the proteins: fish, churrasco, chicken was dry and again flavorless. The rice and beans, also unfortunately so bland and uninteresting. The best thing were the apetizers. Again the service, was a guy (wish I recalled hos name, he was charismatic, quick on his feet, and overall fabulous) he took lot of pride to ensure we were having a good time, actually he was the highlight of thecrestaurant, he even told us about other events the resturant hosts around the month. VISITING FROM LOS ANGELES: Afternhaving a dental procedure this was mynfirst full mral, so I wanted to make sure I didn't waste my first meal. I am happy to report that IT WAS NOT A WASTE!!! I ordered everything...LOL. Empanadas, tamales, and the pulled pork withnonions, plantains, black brans, and rice. IT WAS DELICIOUS!!! I sat at the bar and Ramon hooked a brotha up!! Although the sign indicated they were short staffed and to be patient, you could not tell. The food came out.hot and fast...and THEY HAD THE BEST COCA-COLA. Let me start by saying I’m Cuban and my grandparents owned a high end restaurant and night club in Cuba, so I know good cooking. I live in Asheville and come to this area for business. I discovered this restaurant by luck…and I felt lucky to find it! This place is authentic. Everything we ordered was delicious. The atmosphere was pleasant, the servers were attentive and the food was perfect and very flavorful. I highly recommend everyone try it out if you want a good taste of authentic Cuban food! I’ll be back for sure!
Came here to honor my Uncle Miguel who loved to eat here. Gathered with family and had a very nice lunch. Everyone was very attentive and helpful. They let my toddler explore a little which I appreciated haha I had the ropa veija and it was delicious with yellow rice and sweet platanos. Thank you for being a place my Uncle loved so much. We will be back and we will think of him each time we come.

The service was lacking but the food was super amazing! From the looks of it, it was confusing to know whether it’s a casual or fine dine. No need to dress up; casual wear is acceptable. We definitely recommend to try the food at this place. You won’t be disappointed!
My shrimp was overcooked, portions are very small, and my cake had eggshells in it. The atmosphere was peaceful but too dim. And the young lady at the front was pleasant.
Ordered to-go....5 pm on a Saturday. Food was terrible and perhaps old. Definitely won't be back and I don't understand how their overall reviews are so high.
Great authentic Cuban food and killer Mojitos. Service is always great, and the bartender is extremely friendly every time I stop there.

What a find! Having lived in Miami, this restaurant is the real deal. Excellent food and service and reasonable prices.
