that was my first time to try carrabbas Italian grill, and it could be last. the best I had here today was her delicious bread. I ordered the johnny trio as my escape, and it came with a side salad. the salat was just ok, and nowhere near as good as the salat they get in the olive garden. my johnny trio entree consisted of sirloin steak, mezzaluna and chicken byron. the hunch byron was delicious, and it was worth ordering itself as a disappointment. they can taste the charcoal in the hull, and it was moist. the goat cheese upstairs gave him a great taste. the mezzaluna was just okay. the tomato cream sauce was good, but the filling of ravioli was bland. the sirloin steak was not a great meat...
The food was even better than I remembered—I hadn't been here in years since the new owners took over. The Fettuccine Alfredo with lemon butter and shrimp was truly fantastic. The side chicken soup had a delightful homemade flavor. The kids' meal with chicken fingers and fries was also very good. Our server, Geraldine, was warm and friendly.
the service was great, but eating seems to sink to the quality. 37 dollar for 2 sandwiches, which on a scale of 1 to 10 would be best a 3. meatballs were dry and the storage of Ricotta cheese fell, we have no taste. it's a real same because the brot is fantastic. parking: parking space could have been cleaned better by the ice
Your usual Carrabba's franchise. Food and quality is to be expected from this typical chain, which is a step above Olive Garden, in my opinion. Service here is excellent. Parking can get a bit tight, because it shares a lot with Bonefish Grill next door. Good dining experience overall.

I decided to try Carrabba’s for dinner and had the spaghetti carbonara, which was amazing. My wife ordered the Johnny Rocco salad, but it seems they’ve changed the salad since our last visit. Unfortunately, it wasn't as good as she remembered. Our waiter was excellent, though!
excellent culinary experience and good value for the amount of food. special outrages to my server geraldine. she was very pleasant and several times in the night on the table. flip wilson would be proud!
Just went to the Wine pairing dinner for August. It was amazing!! Everything runs so smooth and the food was awesome. They even do small prizes with each course. Would totally recommend it! So fun.
We just had a fantastic meal at Carrabba's in East Brunswick. The food and service were outstanding! Our server, Mike B, really enhanced the experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone!
