I went through the drive thru and the girl that was there said to me she was new and she felt overwhelmed I was trying to refill my Starbucks card on the app with cash and she did not know how to do it I felt bad and told her don’t worry about it is there no manager to help you since your new she said no everyone is arguing with each other here and no one wants to help anyone I’m like okay no problem. I just want everyone to know how I felt bad and I’m a manager at a financial institution and I saw this experience this shouldn’t be happening at all.
my mother and I had the most prosperous experience with the barista ari. we stopped getting coffee before we pick up my niece from preschool. ari asked about our day, made real little talks, and we mentioned my niece. she ran back, took two cake-pops and gave them to us. my mother and I couldn't stand out absolutely how sweet and radiant ari is. a positive moment in mankind we will appreciate and my niece loved the cake pop!
It's been more than two years since I was last there, but waiting was worth it. As before: great service, my Frappuchinos were really good and the WLAN still works. Be back tomorrow.
