I come here often and usually greeted by a lady with shorter blonde hair. I just wanted to say she’s such a pleasure! No matter what the time of day she always has a smile on her face and proceeds to say “have a great day”!! I hope this reaches her

I waited 25 minutes for a simple iced tea. There were 8-10 drinks on the counter, and some had been there for over 2 hours. No organizational skills...
I never leave reviews, but this location eiskaffee is consistently so bad. extremely watered and worse than dunkin. the bathroom is also dirty.

Unfortunately they care more about selling bagels then they do about making coffee. Damn shame a clover machine is wasted on this location.
