Carvel - Tisch reservieren

I visited on Friday night for my favorite chocolate chip cookie dough with marshmallow topping. Although the line was long, the staff were efficient and got my girlfriend and me served in no time. They appeared cheerful and were incredibly friendly. They even allowed us to sample two flavors and were very patient with our indecision. I was excited to enjoy the Keksteig, but I still asked for several samples, which they happily provided. We will definitely be back!

Thank you for the amazing customer service! The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. I went in to buy a cake and asked if they could write a name on it, and they happily agreed. You've gained a loyal customer! I've been a dedicated patron of Baskin-Robbins for years, but today they lost my loyalty due to their poor customer service and refusal to personalize a cake. Thanks again, Carvel, for a great experience!

I ordered a coffee ice cream shake to brighten my drive to the shore. While the shake was delicious, I thought the price was on the high side. Additionally, the service was lackluster. The staff member who served me hardly made eye contact; she seemed more focused on complaining to her co-worker. I didn't feel appreciated as a customer.

I only had ice cream there this weekend, and it felt like taking a trip back in time! Since I'm not from the area, we had to stop when we spotted one of the few carousels in New Jersey. The owner was incredibly nice and helpful, and even allowed my friend and me to sample our favorite flavors! I can't wait to visit again!
