Love this location! My husband decided to add in those chocolate crunchies and the guy just threw it in for free. Another time I went to pick up a Frozen2 cake for my daughter and when they were all too big, the guy said “if you have 20min I can make it for you right now” and it came out beautifully. He even brought out his laptop to let me choose the picture, and added glitter to make the whole thing sparkle. It’s a franchised chain, but definitely has the feel of a local small shop. Definitely recommend going here even if it’s out of the way. Only Con is the parking lot area is pretty small, but I’ve never had issues getting parking.
Great customer service and Carvel with a large selection of ice cream cakes (from 6in to 10 in at least and many with fun shapes and designs for kids to enjoy), ice cream flavors including 3 sorbets. They also have some items at 50% off or buy one get onefree which is quite nice. Prices are very reasonable.

Nice, friendly employees! I'm pleased with the quick and efficient service I received at this location. I gave four stars because I would have liked to see more variety in scoop ice creams otherwise great experience!
The most polite and friendly staff. I have carvel 2 or 3 times a week. Can't go wrong. Good prices quality ice cream clean store. Doesn't get better than that.
It was quite busy, but there was only one worker on duty. She handled the crowd with impressive calmness and efficiency. Great job!

This Carvel shop is better than the one in Chilmark. They have a wider variety of soft serve options and offer generous portions.
