Amazing sandwiches and wraps. The Guacamole Bagel is also great. And the muffins are literally the best muffins I've ever had in my life. This place is one of my new favorite spots for good food to visit when I am in Hudson!

When you come to Cascades, get the waffles! Some of the best homemade waffles I have ever had. I think there's coconut mixed in the flour mix. They were soo good and I don't like coconut generally.
The Cascades is a nice sandwich shop with good coffee, and a nice selection of cold beverages. Despite being there during lunch hours, the service was fast and sandwiches were very good.
