From when we entered the welcome was poor young girl never said a thing ! We asked for a table for three and was bluntly told with a pointed finger to sit over there. She then brought menus over still no communication and dropped menus on the edge of the table and walked away the first words we got was when she took our order so from then we felt uncomfortable and as if we shouldn't have entered the building. The breakfast was average but hey it's everyone to their own taste my only problem was I like my tea or coffee with my breakfast and not before because when my breakfast comes my tea is cold. There were six of us who went to this restaurant for lunch. We all ordered paninis. I had the haggis panini, which was lukewarm. The sweet chili chicken panini was also lukewarm, as was the calzone. The salad was disappointing, consisting of only three small triangles of lettuce drenched in a garlic mayo sauce and four tiny crisps. I would have preferred a proper side salad that I could actually enjoy, as well as more crisps on each plate. The building itself was nice, but I suggest looking to the Lass o Gowrie in Perth for an example of a proper salad.
time visitor to the restaurant eill be back Friendly welcome even though we were minutes early too. Had a couple beers (moretti on tap mmm then went upstairs for dinner. lovely courses of delicious food good service when...asking for another drink. Reasonably priced a big thing for me when I visit a restaurant I went home not needing a takeaway on the way home lol
Four of us went for a family dinner and we had a great night . Great food and service from the young girl with lovely nails and young boy who’s hair we admired . Friendly and efficient. Food was delicious. It’s been a while since...our last visit but always great. Sunday night and it was not too busy either . Love the balcony view of downstairs.

I had been craving a steak, but was told they were out of stock. What a disappointment! The restaurant is located just a few yards away from Asda, so this lack of selection is pretty unacceptable. The staff seemed overwhelmed and we were ready to leave as we grew tired of waiting for our desserts. Overall, not a great first impression.
We enjoyed a quick lunch for two at this clean and comfortable restaurant. The food was served promptly and was first class. The pizza was the best I've had in a long time, and the macaroni cheese was excellent. We finished off our meal with a fine cappuccino. I highly recommend this place.
Whilst waiting for the Ferry to Arran we popped in for a couple of drinks . Although it was lunchtime and the downstairs restaurant was quite busy they were more than happy to serve us . Really friendly clean and Covid compliant . We will...have a meal next time for sure !
Have been a few times usually excellent food and service but on one occasion food was served cold and tasteless, nearly put us off returning but subsequent visits were very good. Nice view of marina.

Absolutely fantastic meal and refreshments cocktails was great as well strawberry daiquiri was brain freeze would recommend it and would definitely go back
