Chances is one of our absolute favourite places for a coffee and/or a snack. We've been avoiding places since last year but now we've had our first vaccination shots we are being, very carefully, a bit more adventurous. Walking past Chandos today I masked up, hand sanitised and went in to order coffees to take away plus two of their delicious Portuguese Tarts slipped into my pocket as a surprise for my wife. Both coffee and tarts were fantastic and the conspiracy was great fun, thank you SO much.
there is no fear that this place has a fantastic selection of sandwiches and cakes to choose from. here is the moan. They serve the sandwiches on a chopper board that looks beautiful, but really not practical to wear with their coffee as it is hard. order a tee and cake (as I did, they put the teekanne, milk and cup on a small tablet, but. here is the moan. no place for the cake again makes it difficult to carry nice cake.
wow! I only had the most fantastic lunch. the brot was beautiful, especially the foccacia. the ingredients were incredibly fresh and high quality. presents beautifully on a wooden board with a delicious beside salad. the service was friendly and they even roasted the sandwiches for us. we will definitely return and recommend!
I had the best focaccia of my life at this café in Bath. The combination of mozzarella, pesto, and sun-dried tomato warmed up was absolutely heavenly. The coffee was also delicious. This café has definitely become my new favorite spot in Bath.

super fresh and delicious roasted foccacia sandwiches. after home made tomato soup was fab. back room is a little dingy, but sitting in the window and watching how people pass. very little space. every visit in bath I am here.
The staff was very welcoming and the coffee was excellent. I would definitely recommend this place. I was able to purchase a coffee for just 1.99 by showing my train ticket from that day, which was a fantastic deal.
delicious sandwiches! recommend the olives, pfeffer and hummus sandwich! the personal is also beautiful.
Not the cheapest but very good quality. good coffee and food. Plenty of space to seat
