I placed my order using my app rewards, but both the cashier and the manager had no idea how to redeem it. I was shocked that the manager didn’t seem to know how to process the reward. He kept insisting that my reward wasn’t working and didn’t recognize the code at the bottom of the app. To make matters worse, he was quite unfriendly. After I made my payment, I received the wrong drink — a Sprite instead of the water I ordered. I would not recommend this place at all; the cleanliness and service left a lot to be desired.
I was very disappointed with my experience at the restaurant. I ordered regular fries and asked if I could get mayo and lettuce added to them, but the staff member told me no. I then inquired if I could at least have them on the side, and again I was told no. Frustrated, I decided to cancel my order entirely. Even if he had offered to add the toppings for an extra charge, I would have been fine with that. It's just poor customer service to outright say no to a customer's request.
I ordered the cheese steak and cheese fries. The cheese fries had one big glob of cheese on top and it was way too much. They dont give you an option online to add toppings on the cheesesteak. My cheesesteak came with nothing but meat and a glob of cheese. No onions, no lettuce, no tomatoes, no nothing. It was plain and dry. I was only able to eat literally like three fries and a couple of bites of my sandwich. 20 bucks down the drain.
Guys, I discovered Philly's special sandwich The special of the day, because I like the opportunities to discover new things. The snack came out very quickly, it's delicious. Delicious bread, meat also with seasoning and salad and accompanied by fries. A large meal at a low price. I loved the experience. As it is located in the food court, there is plenty of space available.

I placed an order at 11:12 AM and didn't receive my food until 12:48 PM, which was almost two hours later. When it finally arrived, everything was cold and dry. The driver seemed to be waiting at the restaurant for a long time, but I'm not sure what the issue was. Two hours for a sandwich and fries is definitely excessive.
I mean, it's not really a problem for everyone but for me personally, the food tastes good, yes, the only thing I dont like is that it over flows and the paper rips off the cheese. It's just a hassle. Service is not bad. Atmosphere, it's just hot when you're near the places waiting for your food, obviously.
The bread, chicken, and steak were all quite good. However, the cheese steak came with pickles, which my wife didn't appreciate. The tomatoes and green leaf lettuce were delicious, though there wasn't enough of them. The lemonade could use more tartness.
The chicken Philly was fantastic! I received everything I ordered just as I requested, and my food was hot when it arrived! It was a great experience, and the delivery driver was phenomenal.

I didn't receive a straw and the ranch I paid an extra 60 cents for was missing. Additionally, I requested no mushrooms, but my dish came with them anyway.
Had the chicken Philly with fries and drink fresh delicious. They are my go to for chicken Philly subs.
