One day we decided that we would try the ULTIMATE FRIES while we wait for the other store to open. Oooohhhhh my...... HEAVEN! I couldn’t stop thinking about how good it is, the balance of the flavor, the crispness of the fries, the melted cheese, ooohhh the bacon lets not forget bout the bacon bits. The other day, we went and ordered it at again, and yep...... its the same. We also got the #7 the lemonade with fruit. The sandwich the drink was great! Ordered the chicken philly with fries lg. And a lg lemonade and the price was very reasonable. The food was great! The employees had high energy and was happy to have me there. They cook the food right in front of you and are happy to see there customers great experience. I ate half the sandwich was was feeling like i want to take other half home high recommend coming here. I will be back to try the cheese steak philly with fries.
I had been looking forward to this place opening, as their website stated they would begin serving at 11 AM. When I arrived at 11:15 AM, I noticed the gate was open, but I was informed that they weren't open yet. They really need to hire people who are punctual and eager to work.
Charlie's is, by my tastes, the best of the genre of restaurants that are like, pseudo fast food and you only find it at malls or rest stops. Nothing special or anything, just consistently good food and some quality fries

The food is always made after you order it so you’re never eating food that has been sitting under a heat lamp. I never have any issues with the food or staff. They’re very friendly as well. Great Job Guys.
I had a wonderful experience at Charley’s Cheesesteaks. The service was outstanding, and the staff went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. We were very grateful for their hospitality.
Three days ago I ordered a steak and cheese with lettuce and bacon on it. I’m quite sad because it tastes absolutely amazing. But I have food poising now and that was all I ate that day.
Very busy for a small mall,the crew working there are good friendly and speak the people language.
