We were promptly seated even though it was the peak lunch hour and the parking lot was nearly full. The waitress quickly took our drink and appetizer orders and was very attentive to our needs. We ordered spinach dip as our appetizer, which arrived swiftly, hot, and delicious. Our main dishes came out about five to ten minutes after the appetizer and were also hot and tasted great. We've dined at various Cheddar's locations throughout central Arkansas, eastern Arkansas, western Tennessee, and northern Mississippi, and have consistently experienced good service and food. Cheddar's is one of our go-to spots whenever we travel, and I believe you’ll enjoy it as well!
On a positive note, our waiter was fantastic and very apologetic about the issues we faced. The manager was friendly as well, which was a nice touch, but I won’t be ordering the ribs again. Nonetheless, the manager kindly removed my rib plate from the bill since I couldn't eat it. On a brighter note, my wife and I enjoyed the Speck Cheeseburger, which was delicious. My mother-in-law had the chicken strip dinner with shrimp, and everything was good. Our waitress, Lindy, was excellent.
The food really had large portions and was excellent and our server was great and friendly. I don't usually tip big, but after the big service we got them $60!! The food came fresh and hot with steam still coming out of the plate and this honey butter Croissants OMG!!! To die and you get them free!!! If you are in Little Rock, you just need to have a CHEDDARS STOP if you were in Little Rock and you regret WONT you did!!!
The food was excellent, and the waitress was both efficient and friendly. However, the manager did not take action against a noisy group, which significantly impacted the dining experience for the other guests. The only positive aspect of this restaurant is their croissants. I ordered an 8oz sirloin cooked medium, but I received a steak that was rare—essentially just seared on the outside and red throughout. I waited over 20 minutes for my server to return so I could send it back, but by the time she arrived, all my sides had gone cold.
We visited for lunch and Cheddar's is one of my favorite spots. Our meal for two cost $40, including the tip. The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly and efficient, and the food was great. Overall, it was definitely a win! The coconut shrimp here is even better than what you get at Red Lobster. Just saying!

I can't believe they would actually bring a broken mug and have the server tell me it was the only one he could find. Then we order food and my mother tenders where cooked very hard. Also I order classic tenders with the sauce on side it was still brought to me soaked in Sauce. The fries where plan nasty. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
