This is such a charming shop with incredibly friendly staff and the most delicious ice cream. I visited with two other adults and four kids, and we managed to get all our orders (including one to-go for grandma at home) in under 15 minutes. I was exhausted from taking care of the kids all day and wanted an espresso along with a scoop of Zanzibar chocolate ice cream. The employee suggested pouring the espresso over the ice cream, and let me tell you, that was the best decision I made that day—no exaggeration! It was amazing. I ended up going back just two days later with my child and ordered the same thing again. And guess what? I'm heading back tonight for my third visit in less than a week!...
I'm absolutely delighted about this new restaurant in our town! A few years ago, while I was studying in Wisconsin, I fell in love with this ice cream brand, and now, Cherry on Top has reintroduced it to my life! My all-time favorite flavor is espresso Oreo, and I frequently check in to see if it's available. Can you imagine a better flavor combination? It’s incredibly delicious! Another fantastic option is the Mackinac Island fudge. The service here is consistently friendly and excellent! However, the line can be a bit awkward as you try to view the flavors along the counter; it feels like it could be more organized. Perhaps pushing the rope back a bit would help people browse more easily?...
We chose two flavors inspired by that delicious chocolate—Zoreo with Oreos and Brownie Cascade. The price for two generous scoops was just $5.50. They also offer baked goods, but we often get so caught up in choosing ice cream that we haven't explored that section of the menu.
