This restaurant was recommended by a local, that is why we chose this place after spending a day out in Ferrette. The menu is diverse and the plates are massive, but there was nothing special, just okay. The house wine is not the best option...either... The worst was dealing with the lady attending customers; she didn't even try to understand us, no bothers, we could not even ask about the different dishes. She almost threw the plates, and table settings to us, we were badly impressed. So after eating, decided to have dessert at next doors bakery Definitely, not eating there again.

We had flammkuchen and l can recommend the one with the choucroute on it. Great combination. The flammkuchen was one of the best we had. I must say going in we were tempted to escape again. The uninspiring decor and the sight of boiled potatoes...on other peoples plate made me want to bail. So here I firmly recommend the tartes flambees. I saw that most took some huge cup of ice cream for desert, but we were quite full already. With the flammkuchen they give you a green salad. Nice touch.

We came without earlier reservation and were lucky to get last free table. Service was friendly and welcoming, food was just amazing! Most of guests ate fried local fish carp) but we ordered veal head and beef tonque tete de veau et langue...de boeuf) that were just melting in mounth. Additionally I ordered tartare steak raw beef) which was a true delight. They have decent wine list too. It was our second visit there, certainly not the last one!

Very good good eastern French cuisine. It is family style cuisne, all dishes are tasty and well cooked despite the long menu list. Kind and warmful waitresses, you have to go if you are passing by!

Vert good place to go for local food. Good quality for price and warm welcome. The daily lunch is very cheap and good. I will definitely go back there if I'm around.
