not as good as I remember. Friday evening at 18:30 and the restaurant was not even moderately busy. Now I know why. Maybe they had only a bad day, but eating was not on the spot. Afteros grande was burned and the rice and the buzz had no taste. the waiter was fantastic. he was polite and very attentive. he even credited us for the burnt food without hesitation. would not have asked for more. I'm probably not going back.
alberto is always a joy and one of my favorite servers at this place. He is so a shady and has the best imagination! my son and I came for dessert and it was short and sweet, but all the other times I was here, it was just as amazing whether it was happy hour with my best friend or family night out.
I was disappointed in the decline of Chevy's. First of all, they no longer have queso dip. That alone was enough to make me want to leave and go eat elsewhere. The food is mediocre and the drinks are not very strong. I just won't be going back to Chevy's again.

The food was overly salty. I requested salsa and they served me tomato paste with lemon and Tabasco sauce instead.
