What a difference! I could be mistaken, but I think it’s cheaper here than in NYC. I believe due to COVID, there's a server who comes to your car to take your order, which is really convenient. And wow, the Chick-fil-A sauce is amazing! Overall, it's a fantastic experience compared to New York. I really enjoyed my roast chicken sandwich and waffle fries for just around $10. We arrived 40 minutes before closing and ordered a salad. Unfortunately, the staff didn't ask us how we wanted the chicken prepared (such as breaded or spicy). We also ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich, which was clearly not fresh. We ended up spending nearly $30, and it feels like we could have gotten something much better from McDonald's for less. Overall, it was a disappointing experience for a supposedly premium restaurant.
This Chick-fil-A truly excels in service! Cashier Sara was wonderful—she was friendly and welcoming. The CORE 4 menu was available all day, and Sara handled everything perfectly. The food was served hot and fresh, and the dining area was spotless; there were no dirty tables and not even a crumb on the floor. Despite it being 6 PM, the restaurant looked as pristine as if it were 6 AM. Great job, team!

Out of all the fast food restaurants I've tried in the United States and the UK, I have to say this one truly stands out! The chicken burger fillets were thick, crispy, and perfectly seasoned. The waffle fries were equally tasty! I give it a perfect 10/10!
My Chick-fil-A orders through DoorDash are always hot and fresh. However, they consistently forget to include my crackers. While it's a little annoying, it's not a major issue for me. At this point, I just find it amusing!
