When it was time for me to leave, the service manager acted as if she didn’t recognize that I hadn’t been given a break, as if it was acceptable to violate labor laws. I raised the issue with a higher-up, but they seemed unconcerned and promised to follow up in two days. Three days later, my mother received a call to gather my side of the story, but that was the end of it. I never received a direct apology from the service manager, and the response from upper management was disappointing; they showed little care for my feelings.

This restaurant is perfect for those who aren't too worried about cleanliness. Do you tend to overlook the importance of using properly sanitized utensils? Do you have a habit of picking your nose? Is an itchy rash something you're not overly concerned about, thinking customers won't notice? Do you believe that chicken dropped on the floor is still good to serve? Do you prefer preparing large batches of food in advance instead of cooking items fresh as needed? Do you have a close relationship with pests like roaches and rats? There's no need to prioritize getting customer orders right; if mistakes occur, customers can just swing by the drive-thru to have them corrected.
Every time I visit this place, the drive-thru is chaotic. The service is slow, and I've frequently been overcharged for items that were supposedly added to my order. Be careful with your money and pay attention to your orders. Most of the staff seem unaware of what's going on; it's best to check your food before leaving. They seem more focused on taking your money than providing good service. You would be better off going to another location or trying PDQ instead. Overall, the service at this chain has been declining over time. You get what you pay for!

Chick-fil-A is located at the Shoppes at Park Place, and I hope they can pay more attention to the orders they fill in order to achieve better customer satisfaction.

I really enjoy Chick-Fila's food along with their service, but the last three times that I've been they've messed up my order by giving me something spicy. I have never ordered anything spicy so, for that I give four stars. That being said, Chick-Filalocated in the shoppes at Park Place to please pay more attention to the order that you're filling in order to achieve guestsatisfaction.
The staff was unprofessional and discourteous. Service was very slow, despite the presence of about ten employees in uniform who seemed to be doing nothing. I ordered ice cream, but their machine was broken, so they attempted to serve me a milkshake in a cone instead. This was the worst customer service I've ever experienced at a Chick-fil-A.
If you're lacking staff, it would be more practical to bring everyone inside rather than just staying at the drive-thru, especially when the temperature exceeds 90 degrees. It's understandable that people might be reluctant to work at Chick-fil-A in these conditions, which could explain why the employees may come off as grumpy.
The person who made her a manager needs to seriously reconsider that choice, as she is not only incredibly rude but also allows the serving of food that looks stale and has likely been sitting under the heat lamp for far too long. As the photos illustrate, the fries were hard and the nuggets were dry and overcooked.

The sweet tea is terrible. I've tried it several times, and I'm not sure if it's because the kids are making it or what, but it tastes like sugary water with a hint of what used to be tea. I'm very disappointed. This used to be one of my favorite places, but lately, the tea has no flavor at all.
I ordered two kids' meals—one with fries and one with fruit—but I received both with fries instead. Please be sure to double-check orders in the future. Thank you!
