I went to this Chick-fil-A yesterday to buy some gift cards for the scouts who helped my son with his Eagle project. I asked a member of her team if I could buy gift cards standing in this long order line because I needed 20 of them and didn't want to stop all. He brought me into contact with her manager who immediately began to produce the gift cards I needed. While I was there, I saw that her team members had food for board picking and delivered them to tables, I saw another member asking a lady if she had some water while waiting for something else than a regular order. I have come to lunch very often in the last few months. Both food and service are always great. You can order on the app, sit at any table, and a server will deliver your meal to you. You also go around to ask if you need something (condiments, free beverage refill, etc.). The food and service are equipped with a dine-in restaurant, with the speed/convenence of fast food. My favourite meal is the Spicy Deluxe w/ Pepper Jack :
I've never been to a Chick fil A and that was all I could imagine was that the experience is based on the whole hype... Top-notch operation... and great chicken sandwich, of course... Wow the cal salad was a beautiful surprise... love everything about the experience!!!
The service at this restaurant is always prompt and friendly, even in the drive-thru. I would give it a 9 out of 10 rating. The only delays I have experienced are often caused by customers, not the employees. This sets them apart from other fast food chains.
