I had one employee walk up to me with a tablet to take order. There was one customer in front of me at the counter for almost 10 minutes. I felt neglected here after I was called to get my food. The person in front of me still at the counter? I couldn?teven pay for my food. So I left because the level of your service was totally dry. So I went to McDonald?s and they went overand beyond at Bloomingdale location. Chick-fil-A was my favorite restaurant or place to go to. Do I feel the same? The servicewas totally lackluster. Another thing was your music was turned down or off completely. Should probably get the radio fixed.
The entire play area is visible from the dining area but parents aren?t allowed to eat while their kids play. I was so disappointed when I was reprimanded the other day during breakfast. I could see and hear my kids the whole time. Food isn?tallowed in the play area (understandably). There is no note on the door about this either. It just reads ?kids must besupervised by parents?. They were being supervised the whole time! I?ve never been to a Chick Fil A with such a ridiculous rule.I?ll be going to a different location where they are more parent/child friendly.
Staff was great! They were patient when taking our order from the 4 occupants and myself in the car. This place gets lines out to the main road multiple times per week. The lines move quickly though. I will come here again for a bite to eat. I haven?tyet sat down inside.
Not good customer service from management over giving me the wrong order. I was dismissed and it was very unlike chik fila customer service. She did not offer to fix the problem or help. She did not care that the order was wrong. Almost like talkingto a robot.
Well organized drive thru, we were pleasantly surprised how smoothly everything went. Despite the long lines we were still served very quickly. Very polite and friendly, fast service. Also the peppermint shake was well worth the trip! ????
One of our favorite Chick-fil-a locations. The foodis fresh (i eat salads) and the staff is great. They do an excellent job of keeping the line moving quickly even during their busiest times. Appreciate the clean restroom and dining room.
All of the employees were smiling, very nice and helpful. They were very busy yet we didn't wait too long. It was the best fast food experience we've ever had!
I'm from Houma, Louisiana, and like to check out Chick-fil-A from other cities. This one did not disappoint. Great food, and friendly staff!
This place...while usually quite busy is so quick, so friendly, and I've never had an issue here.
