Recently, my husband and I suffered from food poisoning after dining at this restaurant. We suspect that the young staff may have undercooked the meat. On a positive note, the accuracy of the food orders has improved. However, we still find ourselves waiting longer than anticipated at the drive-thru. The staff is friendly and efficient, but there are often mistakes with our orders. For instance, our kids' meal was missing the chicken this time, and on other occasions, we’ve encountered missing toys or incorrect items. During the entire 1 hour and 50 minutes I was waiting for my food, not a single employee checked in on me to see how long I had been waiting. A staff member was going around handing out cookies but completely overlooked me. After waiting so long, I finally decided to go to the register for a refund. They took my receipt and instead of giving me a refund, they handed me my order. Waiting 110 minutes for chicken nuggets is simply unacceptable. I saw many dozens of people being served through the drive-thru while I was waiting, and there were plenty of others who ordered before me who also experienced long waits. I will not be returning.
I hired them for catering and unfortunately received only part of my order, which was also 45 minutes late for a business meeting. They delivered the remaining items after everyone had already left and forgot to include plastic utensils. I called to express my disappointment with the service and was given an apology, along with the promise of a gift card refund and half off my next order. However, they charged me the full price for the order, never sent the promised gift card refund, and when I reached out again for the half-off order, they didn’t answer.
I’m done dining at any other place in Pensacola, especially this one. They consistently delivered great meals. Even though my family and I usually received our food after 7:00, we didn’t mind coming back time after time. Unfortunately, we no longer have those wonderful meals to look forward to. This is my favorite restaurant! I love sharing a little cookie with my dog when we visit. He enjoys going there because the staff always give him a treat. Even though it can get busy, the lines move quickly, so you won’t have to wait long for your food. After that, I make sure to give my dog some cookies. He's such a good boy!
I truly love this restaurant. The service is excellent, and they offer takeout options. The prices are quite reasonable, usually ranging from $1 to $10 per person. The food is outstanding, deserving a perfect 5-star rating. Both the service and the atmosphere also receive high marks, each getting a score of 5 out of 5.
I no longer visit any location in Pensacola, not just this one. They've stopped accepting well-done orders, and my family and I typically received our food after 7 PM, which used to be fine. The decision to no longer offer well-done orders has lost us as customers. Thank you for the years when it was possible.
The restaurant was well-organized and spotless both inside and out. The bathroom was clean and even featured mouthwash. The food was incredibly delicious.
