I received my food cold, especially the fries, which I didn’t even eat! I placed a DoorDash order, and my delivery driver was already waiting at the restaurant. However, I’m still trying to figure out why I was given cold and soggy fries! The manager told me I needed to contact DoorDash, but since they didn’t prepare my food, I won’t be returning or placing another order at this location again!
Tamirah gave 110% excellent service. Unfortunately, they didn't get the order correct. So we had to wait for the items to be brought to us. They should have lunch items available especially close to the end of lunch. We arrived at 10:20 and was told tocome back in 15 minutes.
I'm a big fan of Chick-fil-A, and this location is one of the best I've visited. The customer service is outstanding—everyone was incredibly friendly. And, of course, the food is fantastic!
