Food is always great, I was never disappointed of my Cobb salad. But they are not good at counting the salad dressings to give, EVERY SINGLE TIME. My order is simple, 2 Cobb salads with 2 hm dressing, 1 Cobb salad with avocado and light Italian dressing. They just can’t do 2*2 4 honey mustard dressings, I always get 2 hm dressings and have to go in to ask for the other 2. At first I thought it was me not placing the order right, but no, I looked on my app, it said 2 dressings each salad. It is almost to the point that I want to ask the manager why it is always short of two, is because the system has issues or what.
I love Chick-fil-A 's Cobb salad. In fact, I can eat it every day of the year. I love it more because I add other things like craisins, avocado, and a layer of honey to this awesome salad to make it sinfully deliciously and mouth watering. I love this particular location on Holcomb Bridge in Roswell, GA because they pay particular attention to the contents of the salad. No matter where I am in the city, I always drive to this location.
The service here is always great. It's rarely quiet but they always get me in and out quickly. The food is always hot and fresh and gets to my table fast. The new Mac and cheese is great and offers another option to make it difficult not to order everything on the menu. They have a separated play zone for the kids and the dining area is spread out enough to allow some privacy. I come here often.
The unique quality of Chick-fil-A, in general, is the consistency of the food, service and hospitality. Even with the bar set so high, they hurdle it here by welcoming you as if you were coming over their house for a Saturday BBQ! Once finished eating, everyone says goodbye and you walk out with a smile on your face.
Customer service is always on point. Food is always hot, drinks are at the right temperature. I wish so many other chains could all be this professional, courteous and respectful because Chik-fil-A employees have Customer Service skills on lock!!! The various locations are always clean too.
Of course Chick-fil-A is great, but as other commenters have mentioned. This location is very sloppy when it comes to accuracy of orders. They constantly miss pieces you've paid for and/or forget sauces. If you can, just go to one of the other locations within 3 miles.
When I came back from Chik-fil-A, we missed our job. I was pretty upset when I called. Without hesitating Diago and Kate offered me the missing items. The problem has not been resolved 15 minutes later. I was very impressed. 5 Stars Diago and Kate!
The food is always good but your staff is incredible!!! They are very helpful, friendly, and courteous! We enjoy coming here.
