I visited the restaurant yesterday between 2-4pm and noticed that they were understaffed. The host initially registered us but had to leave to assist with clearing tables before returning to seat us. The restaurant's design was average. I ordered a salad and the chicken Cajun pasta, which were both good.
I had never been to Chilli's before, but my client chose it for our lunch. We were impressed by the friendly and amazing service. The restaurant was clean, affordable, and the food was super delicious. It was a perfect experience!
Oh my goodness! The food was absolutely fantastic. Thank you so much. The customer service was also excellent when serving the food. I will definitely be ordering from this restaurant more often.
To start with, this restaurant is in desperate need of a renovation. The overall appearance is shabby and unclean. The glassware looks dirty and giving them a thorough cleaning may be necessary.
