Update: We visited again in 2023 and noticed significant improvements. The service from the entrance to our table was excellent—organized, efficient teamwork with attentive and quick service. Keep in mind, the place is busy and lively. The interior looks refreshed and cleaner, and the food presentation has improved. The molten cake remains an absolutely incredible dessert. Overall, a great upgrade.

I had a better experience this time than last. Last time the floors and bathrooms at this location were really dirty and this time that was not an issue. Hopefully the improvements continue because I really like their food and the deals they have. We did the 3 for $10.99 and up and the unlimited chips with 3 dips really rocked! My daughter got a classic Margarita and it was way too sour so that was the only issue. Our server was new and definitely needs to learn to look up a bit more but that will come with time. He was very nice so that's what's important. There was an error with the bill and the manager fixed it right away which is always appreciated. I'm glad to say that I will visit agai...
The service was wonderful! The staff were great some of the nicest attentive people I’ve ever dealt with. However the restaurant was just overall gross and there was no utensils washed so we had to wait for a good 20 minutes for clean forks. I just ate my salad with a soup spoon. There were no straws or napkins and we had to ask several times before we got them. The crowd is a little rough… keep that it mind, a lady literally relieved herself next to someone’s car in the parking lot. I doubt I’ll ever visit this place again but like I said the staff are super nice!
I got off work early, so a co-worker and I decided to eat at Chili's Grill and Bar. From the moment we walked in, we were promptly greeted and seated. Our server was very kind and patient. When I mentioned I had a coupon for a free appetizer, she made sure it was applied correctly for our dine-in experience. She stayed attentive, checking on us several times to ensure everything was going well. I convinced my co-worker to try something new, and she really enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Chili's Grill and Bar is truly a 5-star restaurant, and the 3 for $10.99 deal inspired by Brian McKnight makes it even better. The food is consistently delicious with every bite, featuring a fantastic appetizer menu, excellent entrees, and great drinks. The menu offers something for everyone, whether you're stopping by for lunch, dinner, or a special date night. It's definitely one of my favorite restaurants, and I’ll always keep coming back.
Always love their 3-for-$11 menu option. Went my brother and we got the chips/salsa, potato soup, quessadillas, and chicken sandwitch, with you drinks, for $30 overall. Chicken sandwitch was massive and very juicy. Not quite as satisfying as some chicken sandwiches in the area, but a great atmosphere and other offerings made it worth it!
I arrived at 10 pm ordered and didn 't get food until 1040. I order a chicken and shrimp fajita skillet, then eas told there were no vegetables. They fixed it and burned the food completely up and refused to make me any new food because they wereclosing. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!
We go to this restaurant at least once a year, usually for celebration. Price-wise is acceptable. Service is good. Food is great. We ordered ribs and shrimps. We try different kinds of sauces for racks of ribs. Chicken wings are good too.

Went with my mother in law for our birthday dinner together and we had a wonderful time. Not too many people, we went around 2pm. Wonderful waitress! And, of course, great food! 8/10
