The customer service was good but the food was disgusting I order orange beef and it was just soggy flour no beef the fried chicken dumplings were not worth the money the chicken wings tasted like I could’ve made them no flavor it didn’t taste like Chinese chicken wings.JUST DON’T DO IT AND THE CRAZY THING IS HE SHOWED ME A PICTURE IF THE ORANGE BEEF AND ITS NOTHING WHAT HE GAVE ME.
I tried to place a phone order as I usually do from this restaurant, but after months of doing so, they informed me that they no longer accept orders from my number. I've never had any issues before, but I am incredibly disappointed. I will never use them again due to their awful customer service for what I consider mediocre food.
This was my first time using Grubhub, and I signed up to take advantage of a special offer with Amazon Prime that was ending. Overall, the food was fantastic, the delivery was smooth, and the timing was just right. It was a great experience, and I definitely plan to use Grubhub again!
Excellent value for generous portions! The combo Beef Lo Mein and combo Chicken Lo Mein were tasty, though they were a bit dry initially. A splash of soy sauce solved that easily! I requested my sauce on the side for the shrimp and broccoli, but I was disappointed to find that I had to order sides separately for items that should already come as sides. Additionally, the food was a bit too salty for my taste.
The boneless spare ribs are the best i've ever had no other chinese place in Nj can make them like that and Mom won't shut up about how good the chicken and broccoli is 10/10
forgot stuff from my order and did nothing to compensate and manager was extremely rude about the situation
