This place is Terrible. Got a take-out order from here a couple days ago. Got home and only half the food was actually in the bowls. So we contacted them and explained the situation. The manager told us the would just put in for the refund. Now 3 days later still no refund and now the manager is telling us only corporate can approve refunds. They take no pride in their work.
We dined here for the first time last week and found the food to be tasty and prepared to order. However, I noticed some leftover food on the floor beneath the tables from previous guests. A bit more attention to cleanliness between diners would enhance the experience. Despite this, I would still recommend this restaurant.
I really enjoy dining here, but they need to improve their pick-up process. My food was taken because it was left out on a table for anyone who walked in. I ended up waiting 30 minutes for a replacement. Implementing food lockers with pin codes would really help address this issue.

I never ate chipotle before and by the grace of god !!! I didn't pay for this meal. I promise you so disgusting I just can't even begin to explain please..dont come here !!!!
Absolutely fantastic staff! They were incredibly welcoming and communicative. The food was delicious, and the restaurant was spotless. I would rate it 10 out of 10!
If I'm in a hurry, I always opt for the Veggie Burrito with black beans and white rice, skipping the sour cream and cheese. It's incredibly satisfying!
