I want to start by saying that I have faced countless disappointments with the service and taste at Chipotle over the past year. However, during my visit on 6/30, I finally found a location that reminded me of the beloved Chipotle from the past. The gentlemen working that night were not only very nice, but they also took my request for double meat seriously (which I often don’t receive despite paying for it). They were accommodating, and the food they prepared was excellent; it's been years since I enjoyed a bowl as good as this one! The restaurant was clean, and the service was quick. I really want to thank this location for the experience I’ve been missing out on.
They prioritize online orders way too much over the people who actually come in. Manager needs an intro class on food service management. Not exaggerating the line moved at 1 person ever 4 minutes. It was very aggravating to watch them make 8,9 online orders in between every person in line as the picture shows. If you can't cater to your in person guests, shut the online orders down or minimize the amount that come in so that your staff can keep up with both. Or close your doors to in person orders. Otherwise it's very frustrating for everyone patiently waiting. Oh, and this was at 1:45pm I got my food at 2:30pm.
The staff at this location are quite friendly, but there tends to be a long line during lunchtime. They prioritize online orders, which can slow things down. Unlike some other Chipotles that have a separate prep area for online orders, this one does not. As a result, the line often stretches to the door, so be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes during busy times. However, the employees really put in the effort to serve customers as quickly as possible.
This place is a complete disappointment. I ordered the quesadilla through the app, which is supposed to be a digital special, so maybe they just don't realize what it is. I picked it up but didn’t open it until I got home. It was unfortunately terrible. I can’t believe I paid $10 for this! Seriously, who the heck is in charge of managing this store?? So severely understaffed that I- a paying customer- had to look for a box of forks, open it and take them out for all the other paying customers. Whoever manages this store: have some self respect and get your act together. There?s trash bags on the floor, no ice on the machine, the whole place is falling apart!
This was the worst chipotle i?ve ever had in my life. I got 4 bowls and they were all wrong not a single bowl was right. The barbacoa was extremely dry and so was the chicken. The beans were uncooked. Zero stars if I could. Absolutely terrible I wouldn?t recommend getting chipotle for here ever again
The taste was decent, but I won't be ordering online again. I paid for double meat in two bowls and only received six pieces of chicken in mine. Yes, I counted them because it was so little. Please improve!
