I came across various reviews for this La Verne location, which featured a mix of ratings, so I decided to pay a visit myself. Luckily, my experience was a positive one. Customer service is crucial, and I must say this location exceeded my expectations. I was warmly greeted upon entering, and my server was both friendly and professional. My bowl was prepared exactly to my liking and stayed warm — a refreshing change compared to some other Chipotle locations I've visited. It took me a lot of frustration to finally get to this point and now I'm going to say something. This establishment cheats you on the protein. Today I spoke up and ask if I can have some more protein because there was barely any protein. She scooped up 1piece of steak and dropped it into my bowl. She then laughed. This business has also watered down their soda. Its clear thatthey are cutting cost and leaving the customer with a sub par product. They even increased the prices which I understand if itsfor inflation, but to cheat your customer is not exceptable. I'm not coming here anymore and sharing to everyone how thisbusiness conducts business.
I arrived around 8:30 pm on a Saturday and found the place to be quite calm, with just one person ahead of me and two others dining. The staff member who helped me was very quick in preparing my order, but I was puzzled when they took a spoonful of guacamole and then tapped half of it back into the pot. I ordered a chicken bowl with black beans, brown rice, guacamole, and a small drink, which came to $14.99. That felt a bit steep, considering it was mostly rice and lettuce.
The worst experience I?ve had at a Chipotle in ages. The server slapped together the tiniest excuse for each of the rice, beans, and protein you can imagine, and gave me the nastiest sneer when I asked her to actually give me a full scoop of each. Thisplace staffs the dropouts that even other fast food places don?t want to touch.
Oh my gosh, I absolutely love this place! I’m visiting my brother in Ontario, and he's taking me to Chipotle. Yes, yes! I live about an hour from Los Angeles, but I’m definitely planning to visit this Chipotle while I'm here. You all are doing an amazing job!
The food is very tasty, but sometimes the beans or rice aren’t fully cooked, which can make the dish a little hard to enjoy at times.
