My party time was at 5:30 I arrived a few mins late and my table wasn't ready, there was trash everywhere and bags full of trash at my table. The some of the worker were unprofessional, rude or just hanging out in the kitchen instead of making sure everything was okay at my kid table. I had to keep asking for things repeatedly. They were just very rude. Also I brought my child cake there is was perfectly fine and gave it to them. When it was time to bring the cake. My son cake was a mess, horrible and hard to service because it was falling apart. I will recommend anyone to this place and will not come back.
I brought my children here into their costumes because they 're doing a Halloween deal when your children go in costume, you get a certain amount of points/tickets, but its only until the end of the month! The manager in this place where I believe his name is Stephan, he went beyond and beyond with his service. He used very well with the few staff he had even tho it is a Monday, so I suppose it is a slow day, but still the team and the manager gave my children and I a great experience. Ps. I only have one of my kids in the picture with Chuck E. Cheese
I took my kids to this restaurant in their Halloween costumes since they’re running a special where kids in costume earn points or tickets, but it’s only available until the end of the month! Easy and well run birthday parties! They are a bit on the expensive side, but it was worth it for me during this busy time of year! It is easiest to have parties for younger kids during the day or right after school so you are leaving before it gets too busy and hectic. My daughter loved the ticket blaster and her special birthday wristband!

The staff was very friendly. The manager Patrik went above and beyond to meet my son?s needs. There was a time where the machine stopped working and we?re trying to figure out what was going on and we lost time for our games he was able to reimburse us ortime that was so awesome. Thank you so much.
UPDATE: As of 10/17/22, we still haven't seen the footage—in fact, it appears to have been deleted! DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE! Lawyers are now engaged! By the way, their "response" to this issue was pointless; they also just sent us to another department.
Had an amazing visit and this location. If you haven't gone you must go. MAKE SURE TO LOOK FOR JOYCE AND GET YOUR SUMMER FUN PASS AND SAVS 40 PERCENT TIL AUGUST. SHE was such a joy to speak to and really makes you feel welcome
Love this place where kids can play and have tons of fun freely. Chuck E. Cheese is the children 's park. The food is good. The staff is AMAZING and the person inside the big mouse is AWESOME. ??
