Last night we had almost 10 minutes to sit. once at the stand we ordered our drinks and appetizers my wife ordered the garlic bread I had winged. we received the appetizers she had 1 of the garlic rolls and while she pulled apart, she realized that the middle was still ice cold. the wings were not bad. I ordered the Tbone Stock medium, I was well made and a good 30% of it all was fat much too much salt on the insert and on the kartoffel. the task of my wife was ordered to be medium rare, came blue. we never said anything because we thought they were just those who complained about everything so that we are done what we could. not to knock the waitress, they were good, but the cook really nee...
Went for my moms birthday lunch. Horrible experience. Completely understaffed. Took 1 and half hours to get our food and it wasn’t very busy. Waitress forgot to bring us parts of our meal. Most of the meals were cold when brought out. When the waitress was told we weren’t happy she ran to the back and cried. Her co worker then came out and gave attitude to us all saying she doesn’t get paid enough to care about her job and bad mouthing the owner blaming him for our bad experience. Your job as a server is to make sure the customer is happy. We did not complain about the cold food or how long it took until the waitress was rude. It is not our fault that you chose to work a job that doesn’t pay...
I was absolutely thrilled with food here. The woman who came to seat us was not very friendly and was annoyed that we didn't have our cell phones to scan for covid tracing. Our waitress was very friendly and we were super happy with her. Our food was amazing!! We had the burger and fries and steak with lobster and baked potato. The lobster was probably one of the best I have had. It was to tender and juicy. The steak was very flavourful. The burger was very juicy and a good size. Fries were very fresh. Only small issue to mention would be that the fries portion was very small. Everything was fantastic and I highly recommend going here before the dinner rush because our food was fresh and hot...
toos for the exit. when I arrived to pay, I noticed that the sum was different than the ones they gave me on the phone. ends up $0.60 more because they have a 3% luck and whatever they charge to all their menu items they claim to keep the prices low. how are their prices low when they control all 16% on their eating? and their prices are not low to begin. I ran out of the principle. they lost an order of nachos and a customer over $0.60 cent and their competitive on the road at boston pizza a customer and a $21.00 sale. it was not about the money, it was about how ridiculous it is to charge and justify a fee on food orders. If I could give 0 stars I would.Went yesterday for a birthday and was so disgusted by the workers/(owners?)They had their own table where they were swearing very loud and EVEN VAPING INDOORS?!The wait for the food was long.Everything was way too salty, no one asked and checked how the food was.The only time we got asked for a refill was on the beer, of course.Completely disgusted.Would not recommend this place to ANYONE.Save your money.
good eating, good personal, funny decorations, many tvs for sport and great prices. we passed late on a weekday and they were greta to bring us food and tell us all specials an hour before the closing. my friend and I both have different types of pommes and they were delicious and also looked great. the deals for a beer pitcher were also great, but we didn't have to end because I had to drive. the music was also great!
steak was cooked wrong when i brought it the the attention of the server he shruged it off. mashed potatoes are just cheap boxed kind confirmed bybthe server and where not even made right. fries are plane and tastless. would bever recommend this place to anyone. the only good thing is the male server we had was fun.
