Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this Chuck?s location to anyone. From beginning to end, our experience was a mess. Service was very slow and our waitress hardly checked in on us. In fact, our table did not have any utensils and we had to go out of our way to request them. After our main course arrived, our waitress did not come and check in on us to ask us how our food was. I had ordered a medium-rare steak but my streak was burned on the outside and well-done on the inside. I had to get up, go to the kitchen, and hail our waitress down to inform her of the situation. Went to chucks last night, took almost 10 minutes to be seated. Once at our booth we ordered our drinks and appetizers my wife ordered the garlic bread I had wings. We received the appetizers she had 1 of the garlic bread rolls and while she was pulling to apart she realized that the middle was still ice cold. The wings were not to bad. I ordered the Tbone stake medium, I got well well done and a good 30% of it was all fat way too much salt on the stake and on the potato. My wife's stake was ordered to be medium rare came out blue. Nachos ordered for departure. When I arrived to pay, I noticed that the sum was different from the ones they gave me on the phone. Finished up to $0.60 more because they have a 3% luck and any fee they put on all their menu items they claim to keep prices low. How are your prices low if you charge all 16% taxes on your meal? And your prices are not low to begin. I went out of the principle. They lost an order from Nachos and a customer over $0.60 Cent and their competition over the street at Boston Pizza a customer and a $21.00 sale. Good food, good staff, funny decorations, many TVs for sports and great prices. We showed up late on a weekday and they were Greta about bringing us food and telling us all specials an hour before closing. My friend and I both have different kinds of pommes and they were DELICIOUS and also looked great. The deals for a beer pitcher were also great, but we didn't get in the end because I had to drive. The music was great too!
Porter house steak was fantastic for the price. Ribs were tough, but the sauce flavor is there. The corn piece included in combos is laughable at best, and fries were less than satisfactory (the gravy makes up for it though).Overall better than you'd expect for the price, not a place you go to impress someone.
