Once we got the food home, I was disappointed to find that the chicharrón was extremely hard—strike two. It was so tough that it hurt my tooth just trying to bite into it. I took it back to the store and asked for a refund, explaining that chicharrón should be crunchy and chewy, but this was the hardest I've ever encountered.
Last Saturday, I tried visiting another location, Northlake, to get a torta, but that was just as disappointing. The meat was tough and difficult to bite into; I couldn't even finish it and it didn't taste fresh at all. I definitely won’t be returning to any Cilantro locations again.
They sell vacuum sealed bags of pre seasoned meats (arrachera, chicken taco meat, pastor, etc), fresh tortillas, chips, bottles of salsa... and everything I purchased tasted excellent! The arrachera (skirt steak) was seasoned and tenderized perfectly my whole family loved it. Buy a pack of the flour tortillas. They are raw , which means you 'll have to cook on a hot pan before serving so delicious and fresh. Will go back for future cookouts.
I visited this restaurant for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. The tortillas are by far the best I've ever tasted, even better than those at El Milagro. I would happily drive back just for more. Next time, I plan to eat there as well, and I think it will be worth the trip. I made some enchiladas using their tortillas, and they were incredible—far superior to any others I've tried. I’ve officially found my go-to tortilla place!

The food is decent, but it's surprising for a tortilla factory to run out of tortillas. I visited today hoping to pick up some tortillas to accompany my carnitas, but they only had a handful of white corn tortillas available. The cashier informed me that they only make tortillas on Mondays. They should really have some pre-made and ready for customers.
I rarely review but I ordered a steak bowl.. the lettuce was brown,soggy, smelled like chlorine. The meat was old, first time here and the last time. I already feel my stomach hurting I wanted to like this place but.. sadly not the case
Interesting restaurant/store. Small selection of products, many without labels. Staff was very friendly.
The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive! The service was outstanding!
