Normally, we would order from the Countryside location, however, realizing that today was Tuesday and the Countryside location is unfortuantely closed Tuesdays, we settled for the Melrose Park location. FLOORBURGERS This Hooters gives a whole new meaning to the phrase ground beef . Sometimes against my better judgment I pop in to this Melrose Park Hooters. It 's super close to my office, so every once in a while I stop during lunch or to meet a buddy after work. They 've got a decent special on Wednesdays, boneless wings curly fries or tater tots for $7. Service was terrible. Food came extremely late and wasn 't fresh by the time we got it. Daytona wings were the worst because they didnt make them right. All the sauces were extremely thick and the wings were really small. Our waitress Candy wouldn 't stop twisting up her face at me anytime she came to our table. Anything we needed we had to ask multiple different workers. My onions rings look and taste like they came from the bottom of old burnt grease. I shouldn 't of tipped or took the food but we were starving and got to go boxes immediately and left. They even held us up on leaving with not giving to go cups and collecting the check. Came here on a Thursday night. It wasn't as packed as usual, but I've tried coming here a few times before, and they were full. My friends and I made a reservation this time and just walked in fine. I haven't been to Hooters in years and I used to get their wings and their clam chowder. Yes, that's right! I've always thought their clam chowder was good, and it still is. The wings on the other hand wasn't as good as before. The service was decent and our waitress was nice. We had a group of 10 people and it took a while to get our waters, drinks, and food, but that was fine, she was doing her best.

Waitress had poor serving skills, I had to ask numerous times for water, crab legs were delicious, the chicken wings are okay and the Buffalo shrimp were good. We ordered 20 and only got 10 which I was done with the waitress we had so told her that was okay the 10 were enough. We left a tip for the young lady even though she didn't earn it. Tips matter when you have that type of job. I would have a meeting with the young ladies also cause few girls just watched the one waitress do everything while they did nothing... poor girl probably end up quitting.
Our bartender Sabrina was absolutely beautiful and amazing! Sabrina made us feel welcome and made our experience so fun and relaxing! You can count on her to take good care of you! We also enjoyed the company of Diana who was the hooter girl working the floor she definitely work it with her beauty and sexiness !! Thank you Sabrina and Dianna for making our experience at Hooters so Great! We will be back to visit for some more fun company and drinks! Make sure to tip your hooter girls fat! Don't be cheap
First time at this hooters didn’t have a great experience but decided to try them again. I got there at 9:30 pm (they close at 10) I got the dirty look since I guess I was walking in too late! They took FOREVER to take my order and when they did bring it my wings were burnt….. I told them they were burnt and didn’t taste good. Didn’t offer to get me more wings nor received an apology. All the waitress asked was if I didn’t want them so that she could throw them away. Last time at this hooters!
I was in Saturday around 930pma group of 6 . We got sat down to a table and 15 min past all the workers pass by ignoring us. No one came to out table to take our order so after 20 min sitting with awful service no one around supposedly . We decided to leave when we did one work said thank you have a good night ? Like come on you saw us sit there without being attended !!.

I have purchase a Hooter salad millions of times. Here lately the salad is thrown together. This is unacceptable, I mean now do you mess up a salad? This place is horrible. I will not order from here again, because if you use Uber eats. You did not know what you will get!!
