The staff at the front desk were disrespectful and condescending. The bartender assumed all of our IDs were fake, even though we are all over 22, and threatened to kick us out when we asked her to scan them for verification. Her inability to perform her job properly is concerning, and I believe she should reconsider her position. While we were playing, the men at the front desk were staring at us and clearly talking about us. At 5'3", I felt physically intimidated when one of the men with white hair called me "stupid." Additionally, we were the only group present with people of color, and the staff's behavior felt intentionally discriminatory.
Additionally, I cut my thumb on one of their bowling balls because of a sharp edge around the finger hole. When I mentioned this to the same older man, he simply brushed it off by saying, "It's just tape," and seemed unwilling to take it seriously. I wasn't even upset; I just thought the ball should be removed from use. To my dismay, I watched him put it back into rotation right after our conversation.
This place is truly as bad as the one-star reviews suggest, and this particular staff member is a big part of the problem. I would never consider returning or recommending it to anyone.
My recent visit to Classic Bowl was an absolute nightmare. The staff's behavior was utterly uncivil, marred by unmistakable racism and a hostile disposition. From the outset, I encountered unwelcoming attitudes and disparaging remarks. The facility itself was in disarray, exacerbating the grim ambiance. I strongly discourage anyone from patronizing this establishment, as no one should endure such mistreatment. Seek out a bowling alley that values and respects its customers.
Try it, you'll strike it ?Classic Bowl is a gem. The staff here is amazing. A fantastic place just to go to unwind and relax, eat or crab a drink. The Bowling takes you back to the stored memories and now they're back and better than ever. No matter if you're out on one of their many alleys or at the bar relaxing with Susie or Yolanda you can't go wrong with making Classic Bowl your stop. Go see Anthony at Boba Burger ? and enjoy the best food after a good round of Bowling.

Classic Bowl Morton Grove is a fun place to go bowling in the Morton Grove area on weeknights. On weekends bowling is by the hour, and it’s over $40 per hour. I’m not a fan of paying for games by the hour as I don’t believe bowling is a sport that should be rushed. This bowling alley also seems to lack lighter bowling balls, especially ones under 11 pounds.The bowling alley features nearly 40 lanes, bumpers for children 8 and under, a nice bar, games, and pool tables.
Don't judge a book by its cover. I was fooled by the name but when walking in saw it was modern, clean family friendly. All the amenities you would want to expect from a bowling alley. After taking my girl to school and beating her in bowling I continued to school her in pool. She loved every minute and so did I. Saw they have adult and young leagues. I will be returning in the future to continue my dominance over my girl. High score 118 by yours truly ?
This was, without a doubt, the worst bowling experience I've ever had. With over 15 years of bowling under my belt, I've never encountered a more rude group of employees than those at Classic Bowl. The staff made personal insults, treated us like criminals, and provided terrible, antagonistic service. I strongly recommend avoiding this place. Please, do not visit here; it's a waste of your time, money, and energy.
I felt very uncomfortable throughout our visit. The staff was quite rude to our group, and the atmosphere was unwelcoming. In particular, the bartender insisted she couldn’t verify any out-of-state IDs and wouldn’t even take a look at them, which didn’t make any sense. There are definitely better bowling alleys that treat their customers with respect, unlike this place.

The atmosphere at Classic Bowl was quite unfriendly and hostile towards my group. The staff, particularly the bartender and a man with a mustache, were rude and unapproachable, and they seemed to show a particular bias against us because of our racial diversity. I won’t be returning, and I would advise others to steer clear as well.
