Firstly, I have been a big supporter of Clean Juice since I have been working in Cary for the last three years. I have also had Clean Juice host events for my team and I several times and HATE having to leave a 2 star review, however I am quite irritated since my last visit in June with the purchase of the Yummus bowl. I ordered the Yummus bowl as is; when walking in, there was another female that was waiting, then I ordered and then another young lady after me that ordered a smoothie. I watched the woman before me leave and I watched the women after me leave, while Im still waiting on my Yummus bowl. The young man that took my order looked at me several times and after 15 minutes, looks at...
Unfortunately I 've had 2 bad experiences now. I just recently found this place and was thrilled to get organic food, but the quality is not consistent. A couple weeks ago I ordered the Nutty Bowl and paid for extra granola. I got home to find there was no granola at all. No one bothered to tell me when I picked up my order to go. They were apparently out of granola and simply left it out, but they kept my money for extra granola. They could have waited till I showed up and asked if I wanted something else. I called in to the shop and it was supposed to be credited back to me, but that never happened. Today I went again and my smoothie tasted like almond milk mixed with ice and not much else...
To start, I love coming here! Everybody is so nice. The owner, when he is on site, is so welcoming and hospitable. He really cares about his store. I will note that the staff can improve on being more aware of what the order tickets include. When I make additions to my order through the app, I have to double check they added the extra toppings I paid for. I have had to do this neatly every time I came in, and I come here about 3 or 4 times a week (I order it before I go into work! hehe). So 3 or 4 times a week staff is almost consistently neglecting requests on one person‘s order. I always add extra egg through the app, and it’s usually not added onto it at all. They have gotten a little bit...

Melissa remembered me, my first 3 minutes of ever speaking to her, and even my name. I met her one time. I walk back in and she asked me how it was going like old pals! Great customer service from Melissa. Very sweet woman. I love the energy one juice. Eating lunch here really helps avoid that 3PM slump after lunch! The veggie wrap but toast it! and add avocado. *DROOL* I've been specifically impressed with Melissa as she goes above and beyond with customers. It's the little things ya'll but the whole team seems pleasant.
After a really stressful morning, my daughter helped clean up the mess while I prepared for a smoothie, and it melted away my stress as soon as I walked in! Janeé was incredibly sweet to her, offering samples for her to try. When I ordered two smoothies, Janeé let me know that kids' sizes are free on Mondays and that I would get half off my order! The quality of the ingredients is evident in every sip, and I’m so grateful to have such a warm and inviting local spot to visit. Thank you, Clean Juice and Janeé!
I don't typically write many reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. I appreciated the quick service during my visit. Janee was incredibly cheerful and friendly—her positive energy really brightened the atmosphere! I highly recommend this place if you're in search of healthy food and smoothies that will make you feel great, all while enjoying a wonderful environment and excellent service. I've never been disappointed!
I wouldn't recommend this place. There are much better smoothie/health food sites that have much better prices. The 3 young ladies who work were distracted to talk to each other instead of turning off commands. There was a person in the store when I came there and it took almost 20 minutes to receive what I ordered. The prices were unjustified for the small amount of tasteless food I received. I won't come back.

I was greeted by everyone there and Nicole gave me samples, took the time to educate me about each one and even blessed with a juice on my way out! I’ll definitely be back to try more!
