The service at the restaurant was good, though not exceptional. It did take some time for us to place our order and be served our meals. There was a small issue with our order, but the server handled it quickly. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was fantastic. Don't forget to try the starter bread. Overall, the dining experience was rated at a 4 for both food and service, and a 5 for atmosphere. Recommended dishes include Crema Catalana and Arroz Con Pollo. Vegetarian options are somewhat recommended, with a vegetarian menu or section available. There is plenty of parking, with a free parking lot on site.
My love and I had the most wonderful time here! We came in last night to celebrate our 3 year anniversary and the GM acted as our server. He was so friendly and such a wonderful manager. He took his position very serious and you could see him checking on almost every table inside. A wonderful staff and beautiful restaurant to sit and enjoy. Our food was just as amazing as our service. The chicken was so moist and perfectly seasoned. My honey had the salmon and said it was probably the best heâs ever eaten. Our cocktails were so lovely and just overall great.
The food was mediocre at best, but the most disappointing aspect was seeing two parrots in a small cage at the entrance of the restaurant. The cage was dark and cramped, with no space to move and no food or water for the birds. They appeared to be very sad and dejected. The owners should be ashamed of their treatment of the animals.
We celebrated my daughter's birthday at this restaurant and while the service was excellent, we found the food to be unimpressive and too expensive. We were expecting the all-you-can-eat buffet that they used to offer for many years, but it is no longer available. The prices are high and the food is average.
This restaurant was perfect for a special occasion, such as our 50th class reunion from Bishop Amat High School. The room was lovely and air-conditioned, which was great for a warm August evening. The food was also delicious, and I highly recommend this place for any special event!
I had dinner at this restaurant and the food was delicious, I would rate it a 5. The service was also excellent, a 5 as well. The atmosphere was very nice, I would give it a 4. I highly recommend trying the Paella Valenciana with Meat, Seafood, and the Ropa Vieja Plate.
We always enjoy CocoPalm for its excellent food and ambiance. We were seated at a window overlooking the city of Pomona and enjoyed watching dusk fall and finally the city lights as we enjoyed our ceviche, lobster, steak, and dessert.
The overall experience was decent, but the chicken and pork were quite dry. The service was good and we dined in for dinner. The price per person ranged from $50 to $100. We rated the food, service, and atmosphere a 4 out of 5.
The food and atmosphere at this restaurant are amazing. I make a 45 mile drive every Tuesday just to come here.
