I?ve been going to Norms hanger for years and let me say that I?ve personally never been disappointed with their food and their service. The staff is always friendly. I went this morning and had the kitchen sink?..best omelette I?ve had thus far. I got it with hash browns and biscuits and gravy. Sooo good!!! Did I mention that you get an amazing view of the San Gabriel mountains as well as being able to watch the planes take off at Brackett airport?! Such a great vibe. Very nostalgic for me and it feels like you go back in time. If you?re every traveling or in the Pomona area and you want breakfast or lunch, don?t hesitate in stopping in. While having our breakfast on the outside patio, We saw quite a bit of single engine planes taxing by at the hold short area right in front of the breakfast joint. Our Waffle combo, Strawberry Supreme, Breakfast Sandwich, and Chicken Fried Steak came out so quick (less than 10 minutes . Four of us were enjoying typical American style breakfast and unlimited coffee while watching planes take off and land on Rwy 26L. The given 5-star is for the level of service (very attentive and friendly staffs and the nostalgic feeling. We did not expect the Michelin?s stars kind of food, we were here because of the view and a dream of one day one of us might become a pilot. :
Had breakfast here with my Mother, wife, and granddaughter. The atmosphere was very nice. We ate outside as my granddaughter, 3yo, really enjoyed the watching the planes landing and taking off. The servings were enormous including the kid menu items. I had the kitchen sink omelet, with a pancake on the side. It cooties have fed 2 people easily. My wife had a waffle combo with eggs and bacon. Mom had the stuffed pancake which is a pancake stuffed with bacon. It was all delicious I highly recommend this out of the way relaxed spot.
Have been there 2 times for breakfast and enjoy both times . The food was really good and the service was excellent from both waitress. Nice little patio area overlooking the air strip you can watch planes landing and taking off while enjoying your food.
Good basic food. Hours are somewhat limited, but the ambience and kindness make it out. Plan either breakfast or lunch. Hours 7-3. Eat outside on a beautiful day, watch the planes, hear the air tower and enjoy!
Love this place, hidden gem so doesn?t get too crowded, alcohol is served, friendly staff. Food is good, don?t expect something super healthy, great location, love the atmosphere
Love Norms. Staff is friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is really cool with all the air planes and traffic control chatter all topped off with good food.
Biscuits and gravy and the bacon stuffed pancakes are absolutely BOMB . I LOVE their food and usually try to eat here once a month!!
Carol our server was very attentive and friendly. The view of planes taking off landing made the atmosphere one of a kind.
