The kitchen isn't left. everything is obviously made home and if you arrive too late, some dishes have disappeared from the map. It's the ransom of success. a special mention for the truffled burrata and the brioche way lost bread that are absolutely to fall. wine is excellent and at a reasonable price to troyes!
