Hi there, I am sadly writing you this email in regards to a complaint I will be making. Today (23.9.23) around 11am I have come with a friend to meet for breakfast, unfortunately we witnessed some racial comments from a member of your staff, this was a young boy, with brown hair with curls at the front, we were completely flabbergasted with what we witnessed. Your staff members said very loudly in font of other costumers” this is not the Indian cuisine” and laughed with this college, as a man of Asian heritage came in and walked out again. Lot of hype on the Christmas special menu and we a team of 20+ colleagues went for team dinner. Most of the colleagues expressed their food was just okay ! Staff were trying their best but they are young and need to pay more attention to guests No space for parking as this on the main road closed by a junction in Esher. Wanted a quiet meal on a Saturday, so came between lunch and dinner times. No loud music, gentle chatter from other tables, lovely food, promptly served and looked after by a Maitre D' who was perfect. Thank you. Always excellent, whether it's breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The eggs were a bit runny, but they were promptly remade and much better the second time around.
