My second review ever. I'm on a roll. This isn't the place. I'm here for a three night stay and if i wasn't leaving early my last morning, I'd make it a one night stay. Biggest issue: they limit how cool they allow the room to get. That may not sound like a big deal but if you need it cool to sleep, it's an issue. I've never stayed at a hotel with a limitation like this. I'm also not sure its actually hitting the temp limitation, it feels warmer than it says. When it kicks off, it wont come back on till the temp rises significantly and you can't get it to come back on regardless of what you do. However, the WiFi was a bit unreliable. There were times when the connection was great, but it would frequently slow down to nearly frozen speeds for several minutes. I decided to stick with the complimentary WiFi and didn’t opt for the paid version.
The room did have a musty smell, which we figured was due to the lack of a ventilation fan in the bathroom to deal with the humidity from showers. That said, it was clean and I didn’t see any signs of active mold. My family and I recently spent a few days at this hotel while visiting relatives in Chicago. The complimentary shuttle from the airport was very convenient, and the driver was friendly and ensured a safe ride. Our room was spotless and comfortable, featuring a nice bed, great water pressure, and ample space in the mini fridge for my toddler's milk and snacks. I'm currently enjoying a staycation here and was looking for a quiet place to unwind. This hotel is a solid choice with no frills. The staff has been incredibly accommodating, and my floor is peaceful. I'm really appreciating the tranquility. Occasionally, you might hear a plane passing by, but it's not bothersome. While the furniture is somewhat outdated, the combination of a good price, a serene environment, excellent customer service, and a free shuttle from O'Hare makes it a great option—especially if you don't have a car and are on a budget. In the morning, we encountered some poor service at the Starbucks counter. The woman running it was quite rude, simply informing us they were closed without providing any alternatives. We didn't realize they closed at 10:00 a.m., but the receptionist came over to help us, offering coffee and assisting with our checkout. My granddaughter asked for a banana, but the Starbucks employee snapped at her; thankfully, the receptionist stepped in and let her have one.
While the customer service at the Starbucks was lacking, the reception staff was very helpful. We enjoyed the pool during our two-night stay, where we rented three rooms for our party. Overall, the hotel was quiet and accommodating.
I came across a variety of mixed reviews, but I personally had a great experience during my three-day stay. The hotel is conveniently located near O'Hare Airport, and they provide a shuttle service that runs every hour to and from the airport. The front desk staff was friendly, and the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. There's also an indoor pool and a gym, although I wasn’t able to find the gym to work out. It is a bit of a drive to downtown—about 45 minutes depending on traffic—but overall, it’s a lovely place to stay.
A friend and I were gallavanting around chicago and needed a hotel for the evening. This hotel was in an area we wanted to be in and at a reasonable price. It was so clean. Something I look for in a hotel. The high point was the night shift person. When we got to our room, we discovered the TV didn't work. She came right down and when she couldn't fix it, immediately moved us to another room. The entire time, she was so upbeat and friendly. Didn't make us feel like we were imposing at all.
Narda was an excellent receptionist. She recalled my name during my stay and provided assistance whenever I needed it. She was incredibly friendly and kind. The check-in process was quick, and she ensured I had all the necessary details about my stay just in time for me to order dinner after my late flight. Based on my experience with her alone, I would definitely return to this hotel.

Don't stay at this Courtyard. Beds are uncomfortable. Morning Bistro doesn't stay open according to their published hours. You hear airplanes all night from airport. Find another hotel to stay at.
Decent airport hotel near O'Hare. The area nearby is kind of weird but a nice hotel.
