Sherry, our waitress, was absolutely delightful and provided my partner and me with fantastic customer service! The food was amazing. The cornbread muffins reminded me of my grandmother’s cooking; we used to enjoy them together in a bowl of milk, and they were just as good here. I ordered the fried chicken dinner for lunch, while my partner had the chicken-fried steak with pinto beans and green chilies. He raved about the pinto beans, saying they were his favorite and he could eat them all day long! Everything was delicious. The place was bustling, but the wait went by quickly. I just want to leave a few “ positive” comments. I have met my father for Monday breakfast for almost 25 years. I live in Lebanon since my dad lives in Middletown , we usually eat at your restaurant. Charlie... the young man with glasses red hair is a super host! Always has a smile gets my dads humor� We also always ask for Lisa Mason as our server. She is always friendly. She knows our usual order will also inform us of new menu choices we may like. We appreciate these two employees the many others that stop by our table greet us. We made a reservation for six people at 10 o'clock, but upon arrival, we were told to wait an additional 30 minutes. We ended up waiting for 60 minutes and noticed several smaller parties of 2 or 4 being seated before us. Our appetizers arrived just moments before the main course, and most of the dishes were not hot. We were not willing to wait another hour for hot food. When we requested to speak with a manager to settle the bill, they only arrived after the cashier had quickly closed out our check. I’m sorry, Cracker Barrel, but this experience did not meet my expectations.
I always love this cracker barrel. You have good food. Your dumplings are my favorite! Hashbrown-Casserole is also amazing. Service is the most time. I understand it's hard to stay on the server when they're super busy. I can't remember a time when I had a server that wasn't nice in this restaurant. This is my favorite place to eat. I'm always happy to look around in the store.

I went to the restaurant for lunch today, and it was quite busy. Our waitress was on her second day of work, and unfortunately, our food order was never entered into the system. Another waitress assisted us instead. I received my salad after finishing my meal, and I had to ask for napkins. However, the food was really great!
Went to this location last week and we were lucky enough to be seated in Felicia’s section, she was very attentive and nice. Absolutely the BEST service I’ve had in a sit down restaurant since before the Covid pandemic. Next time we come to eat I will be requesting to have her as my server 10/10.
Went for Breakfast and Dinner. Long line at dinnertime but worth it. Food is amongst the best we have eaten in Cracker Barrel. Server was excellent both times and attentive. Food is delicious as always here. Prices are very good and worth it.
Breakfast was great! Had a great waitress. There are hardly any problems with CB. Once we were back, we had really bad service. We let them know without creating a scene, manager didn't charge us for our food. We were all adults.
