Food was delicious, really enjoyed the quality of my food but was slightly cold because our server (Joshua) didn't hand out any gloves, plates, etc and I waited 10-15 min for him to finally come by.I was almost convinced to leave from the beginning because I didn't think there was another server other than the tall white man that I saw working the tables. Put it this way, I didn't know server Joshua even existed before I saw him 15 min into waiting at a table on a Monday night that only had 4 tables, including mine, being served.Server Joshua needs to prioritize his tables when we he knows he ain't got a lot of them and stop flirting with females guest.Thank you for the delicious food tho! ?...
I visited this restaurant on 08/9/2023 and it was not very busy. I sat down for 20 minutes without a waiter addressing me. I tried waving down a waiter, but ended up asking a cleaner who couldn't speak English for help. I visit this location weekly, but this experience was disappointing. I hope the management can address this issue.
I got to the restaurant when it was 10:20 and I spoke the host and she told me they closed the dining room at 10:20 and I thought it was a lie and asked to speak to the manager and he said yes they close the dining room that early. This is ridiculous and the dumbest thing I’ve heard when it says they close at 11 pm.
This is by far the best crafty crab with the best service I’ve been to. I will make sure I always come to this location. Also I want to give a big thank you to the manager of this crafty crab as a mistake was made with my order but he made sure that it was made right. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

The food at this restaurant was delicious, generously portioned, and packed with flavor. The drinks were strong, the service was excellent, and the ambiance of the restaurant was pleasant. It was also very clean.
Purchased seafood from here a few times. Always too much salt on the seafood broil. Don't waste your money.
