Creamiatry started out amazing. Great customer service. Fantastic ice cream. But that all quickly went down hill. Been to a few locations. Fullerton being the worst of them all. Took an hour to get our order there cause only one person was doing anything. The one in Downey had 3 young girls. Only one of which wanted to be there. The one without fake eyelashes. They didn't even mix my friends ice cream. They gave him toppings on the side. Wtf lol. When creamiatry is fine right, it's amazing. The texture and consistency, the flavor, Heaven. But you can't find that anymore. And they're closing more and more. Wonder why. I'm going to Afters.
Very cool atmosphere, plenty of seats inside. Customer service is good, the staff is very friendly and helpful. There was only two workers at the time so there was a wait, but the ice cream is delicious. Prices are higher than usual but if it's a different option of ice cream you seek, this is a great choice. A lot of different options plus you can customize any items. Also they have a option to blend all your items together and enjoy it as a shake.
NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE ON MY FIRST TIME HERE..THE STAFF IS NOT INTO TAKING GOOD CARE OF CUSTOMERS...SERVICE IS NOT GOOD...ICE CREAM MADE SO SIMPLE AND EXPENSIVETHAT DOESN'T MATCH WHAT YOU EXPECTED FROM THE REAL ONES LIKE 31 FLAVORS
No ice cream is cooler than thisThe store front is extremely clean, the staff very efficient, the process exciting to see. Your choices are made to order and they even have dairy-free options. Pop in for a good time.

I was apprehensive because I've had nitro ice cream before, and it wasn't good but Creamistry was awesome!My order was wrong, but I didn't attempt to fix it because it still was yummy!
Our first time, we ordered three separate items, 1 shake and 2 scooped items. There's a little wait, but that's due to its made fresh per order, so it's reasonable. Would go again ??
One of my favorite place to eat ice cream is creamistry! Their ice cream is so creamy and their creations are innovative, I definitely recommend !
