Return visit to Troyes but unfortunate the service at this establishment fell well below the standard expected. From the onset the waitress was rude / curt to my wife and even when a dish arrived that was not what we ordered no apology was forth coming but only 'it was not my fault' On top of this I asked for a pepper mill and was told in no uncertain manner that this was not a gastronomic restaurant but merely a creperie! Me thinks she had lost the plot.Pity the service was poor as the food was good
we needed something sweet and a rest afternoon and went to this crêpery of the street of the troyes restaurants. We had delicious pancakes and have been able, from our table on the pedestrian street, to follow the chef a little inside the café. The only small grain of beauty, the server had forgotten one of the commands. However, it was quickly repaired with the smile. the place did not seem as touristic as those nearby. I strongly recommend their pancakes with champagne.
we went to eat this Saturday in this little field pancake is very disappointed by the service there was a very nice little blonde but the other not at all very imbued of his person I think it must be the boss's wife in any case we ate correctly but very disappointed by this lack of knowing-live we will return more
Traditionnal crepes (pancakes but not exactly) with different ingredients such as local sausages, cheese but also mushrooms and other. Do not hesitate to try it. 2 small terrasses available on pedestrian streets, the one on the church's side is my favorite.

not was able to test but cooled by a cold reception of a gentleman who kindly barked us a "it's closed."! it's not the crêperies that lack troyes, nor the smiles elsewhere but visibly not here... we can pass his way.

Very nice restaurant with a very nice room team. very rich and very good dessert. just waiting a little long but it still passes.
if the pancakes are of very good quality the service is a little long but we do not regret waiting
