sweet retro setting. visited on recommendation of a friend who insisted that I order her monstrous blt. that's what I have. it's classic, diner food and delicious ice cream. parking was easy to find curbside, metered. had to wait outside because they were poppin. the food came quickly and fresh, although once ordered. would like to return to future travel.
what do they say about this place? best ice cream sundae? check! amazing sweetnesses? check! old school atmosphere that will make you smile? yes, yes, yes! amazing service and super friendly! we recently decided to visit her first visit and this place never disappointed!
faster and warm service (try to arrive before midday to hit the line)! the vanillemalz and reuben were delicious! the milkshakes can easily serve two, so if they go with a group, I would recommend sharing (they are served in a steel cup next to an empty glass.)

I can't stop laughing at the absurdity of this meal. I came here for the first time 4 years ago and am so glad it's still here.Heart attack BLT and a chocolate malt for $20 and worth every penny.
This place is amazing if you are looking for something sweet and local. A must go to place when visiting STL. Parking meters surround the restaurant but we paid $2 for 1 hour.
