I went in today and first things first. A younger girl told me I could not be inside with dog. Okay, I improvised and had my dog wait outside. Employee #2 told me that I could have my dog tied upuh why? He is outside the establishment. NOW, employee #2 not only goes outside with gloves on handling cookies. She comes back in and Immediately starts handling cookies again. Upon receiving my cookie, I ASKED employee #2 if she handled my cookie? She responded with yes I did. I added “BECAUSE YOU TOUCHED A DIRTY door then proceeded to come back into the establishment.” She said she changed her gloves and that was FALSE I recorded her and not once changed them. Best cookies you'll ever eat...except... Update: Service here is getting ridiculous. Unfriendly employees who clearly show you they don't want to be there, and act annoyed at the fact they have to deal with customers. Ive recently found a MUCH better cookie/desert place in town that actually wants our business so crumble is done for us. All of our friends have banned this place for the same reason. Do better people
Crumbl has a warm and inviting atmosphere. I really appreciate that their cookie selection changes every week, allowing you to enjoy something different each time you visit. This means you’ll never get tired of the same flavors. The aroma in the shop is wonderful, and there truly is a cookie for everyone!

I absolutely love Crumbl! Every cookie is amazing. However, I really wish they offered mini versions. I’d love to try all the weekly flavors, but I hesitate to buy them because they’re so large that I end up wasting some.
I visited for the first time today, and it was quite unwelcoming. The cashier seemed distracted, making the ordering process feel like a real hassle. I was disappointed with the service!
This restaurant offers friendly service and fantastic cookies. My favorites are anything with chocolate and raspberry. As for parking, we've never had any trouble finding a spot.
