It’ll be a bit mixed this review. I’ve ordered delivery from here so many times and the food is always on point. Legit the peri peri chicken could support me for life. The wife is vego she gets the jackfruit one. Tbh it’s actually delicious....I’ve only had one issue from this place with delivery time, I was hungry, I got grumpy, after a few calls the owner called he was brilliant, we got the food and I settled in with some David Attenborough and some beers. This place gets stars cause the food is legit, and the owner Steve is a solid bloke who cares. Be better than me, don’t eat pizza whilst watching wildebeest being eaten by crocs.

Ordered for pick up. Took mins for pizza to be ready which I think is slow. Ordered the peking duck pizza as it sounded delicious. However, it had way way too much chilli.. which we do like; but this just overpowered any other...flavours! It said it came with a side of cucumber shallot and coriander slaw.... We got a tiny container with only chopped shallot leaves. I rang to give feedback and spoke to a very disinterested young female. Cannot recommend.
3rd time I've had pizza from crust, each from different locations and months apart. First one was great, second one wasn't and this one wasnt worth a dollar over a $5 pizzahut pizza. 5 minutes after fresh the pizza tasted like microwaved. Sogy crust, blended...ingredients, over sauced and slow service combined with a very premium price gives this pizza chain a terrible review from us.

Wrong pizza delivered (just cheese, zero toppings). Customer Service awful, no ownership of error, no refund, replacement or credit offered, rude response from staff. Pizza in bin, money wasted. Phoned manager today to resolve and was only offered me a free Pepsi drink on my...next order. Never ordering with Crust again. Wish I had read the other bad reviews here beforehand.
Dee Why Crust is our local excursion to the pizza community. My son absolutely loves her Peri Peri pizza on a gluten-free basis. They all make their sauces and blows in the house and the blows are stacked. Waiting for delivery to their busy...night can be long, but they make you aware and trust me, it is worth waiting.
Its been one and a half hours and we are still waiting for a delivery. I wish i had read the reviews before i ordered. We will never order from crust again. Dominos next time

When you are really craving some delicious pizza, and too lazy to go out, just call Crust in Dee Why. Really delicious and great service every time.
Save yourself the time. Consistently so slow and late with every order. No customer service. Go elsewhere
