This Indian restaurant offers tasty and flavorful meals, but it is relatively expensive for a street food type of place. The portions are small, and even five different dishes costing $42 in total did not seem enough to feed two people, and they did not. Despite the higher price and small portions, the food is undeniably delicious!One thing to watch out for is the spiciness of the dishes. I opted for mild, but it turned out to be spicier than I expected, so be careful. Apart from the spiciness, the flavors are exceptional! I wanted to tick off Vada pav from my bucket list from this place after hearing good reviews from my friends. The start didn't go that well as it was a busy Saturday night for them and it seems they were a bit short of staff as the orders were pouring in through delivery apps. Finally after a wait of 10 mins, the staff took the order and was promptly delivered. Delicious indian street food.I was staying in Hoboken for a week and I ate here like 4 times. Food is delicious. The portions are enough. Good value for money.The Tikka masala and the buttered chicken are extremely tasty. I highly recommend it.The staff is excellent (except from one girl that was behind the cash machine the first night I ate there). But the male staff were extremely helpful and friendly.Next time I come back to Hoboken, I definitely will go to curry up
I absolutely love their panipuri and could pretty much drink a cupful of the green tamarind water ?. First time trying the deconstructed samosa, I got this since you could add chicken to this one and not the samosa chaat, and the guy was kind enough to give me some yogurt on the side so I could make it essentially samosa chaat with chicken
Wow ! Taken by surprise ! The Non Veg Thali had Amazing flavors, especially Lamb Keema was great . The naan was so fluffy and great service. Picked up some Kathi Rolls- Chicken, Paneer and Lamb.. I found them more like wraps than Kathi rolls.. the chicken one was decent but I didn't find the Lamb one that tasty.. The packaging was really good though.Vegetarian options: Yes
I stumbled across this place in Hoboken and I was unsure what to expect. To my surprise, both the food and the service were excellent. Chicken Tikka and Chicken Karahi plates were of a decent portion and excellent.
Review to come soon. But for now I must say Mr. Wilson was incredibly hospitable and I will be returning again and again because of his service-energy and the delicious food.
