This restaurant used to be a nice place to bring your kids and enjoy ice cream in a timely manner. I visited today after a long time and went through the drive-thru to order two blizzards. After it was discovered that they only charged for one, it took them 20 minutes to complete the order. Only after my passenger got out of the car to go inside did I finally receive my ice cream. One was melted and the other was starting to melt. I will never return to this establishment and do not recommend it to others. I would rather go out of my way for better service. Good luck.
Don't recommend this location anymore. It used to be a reasonable time for a drive thru order. Today 05/21/22 I ordered 1 shake and 1 burguer and waited over 10 minutes on the drive thru window and they asked me to wait ahead and that took another 10minutes. So they did give me the shake right the way but basically 20 minutes of wait for 1 burguer. And while waiting I couldsee a lot of cars just leaving the line so the location is losing business due extremely longwaits. ????????????????????????????????????????
I experienced the most amazing service at this restaurant!! We visited on 08/16/2022 around 8:20 pm and they were very busy. Despite that, everyone from the person taking our order to the one handing it out was fantastic. Our burgers, chicken strips, and fries were all fresh and delicious. The blizzards were amazing too! The woman who seemed to be in charge (a lady with short dark hair) was a sweetheart, and it was clear that the crew loved her. We will definitely be returning!
Second time ordering some thing without A certain item that I?m allergic to and the same item still being put on too what I ordered, everything else is great, they?re pretty fast usually no complaints anything else besides not following ordernotes Pink pool slushy taste good but the twisted purple slushy is the best
