There is no immersion, the doors are locked so you can only walk through the drive. Wait patient to order an ice cream cake for my father's birthday. The order for the 10 inch cookies and cream. Wait about 10 minutes to get to the window, he checks the order and takes debit card and gives reception. Wait a few minutes if he comes back and asks me to raise and say they don't have cakes ready and it has to be decorated. I'll move forward and wait 15 minutes before the cake is brought out. The cake looks good, but obviously the operation is to fight. Hopefully, the franchise owner had an alternative plan, because this DQ will not last long.
After about 10 minutes, I finally received my order, but when I moved to the parking lot to eat, I found that my onion rings were cold. I suspected they had to reheat my hamburger since I hadn’t requested cheese, which contributed to the lukewarm food. Upon getting home and unpacking my bag, I discovered that my hamburger was also cold, and to make matters worse, there were no napkins or ketchup included. Overall, my experience was quite disappointing, and I'm uncertain if I’ll return.
Cold food and rude workers! They were talking about a mom and two kids that had just ask about a free ice cream they thought they had a coupon for. As soon as they left the young workers were laughing about it. My food was cold and another couple near me sent there food back also because it was cold. Kid with hair in face!! I found a hair in my fries! Health Dept needs to be called! Please step up your game! It’s a new store
My mom said her burger was terrible last 2 visits but I stopped anyways because it’s right by my house. The burger was cold like it was sitting in a fridge, the cheese wasn’t even melted a little bit and they didn’t put mayo even though it was on the receipt. The fries were cold as hell and they gave me Diet Coke instead of root beer but you could hear the employees laughing inside. ??????

I arrived 5 min before closing at the drive through. I got no response out of the speaker so I drove up to the window. There were 4 employees that I saw. Each one of them saw me and ignored me. Not one came and said they were close. Which would have been ok . But don't ignore your customer, we come here alot. I can just go to Sonic across the street if your customers are treated that way.
Overall, my experience was better. If you choose to use the drive-thru, be sure to check your order thoroughly to ensure you receive everything you’ve paid for. I understand mistakes can happen at any restaurant, but this has occurred here more often than I'd expect—about 3 out of 4 times. That’s simply too frequent. As for the food itself, I would rate it 4 out of 5.
Skip this location. Per the night manager warm food is okay. You pay said amount of money, I kind of expect hot food. We were asked to wait while it was remade, after 5 minutes we had food. I'm pretty sure nothing was remade. It tasted absolutely horrible. So save the trip and go to a different location.

First time going to this location. Found it by accident. It was pretty quick. The only conn that I have about it is that I had to ask for napkins. Otherwise, all good.
The staff doesn't seem to check the orders before preparing them. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, but I received a regular burger with just mustard on it.
