We had a smooth experience at the drive-thru. A young man took our order without any mistakes—it was for combo one and two chicken strip baskets, totaling $29.95. When we reached the drive-thru window, a young red-headed girl handed us our food. She didn't smile or engage in conversation, and she didn’t repeat the order, but she wasn't rude either. If she had been a bit friendlier, I would have rated this experience five stars. She handed us the drink and quickly turned back to chat with a boy in a uniform who was waiting at the counter. I wanted to ask for salt and pepper, but she didn’t look back or return anytime soon. After waiting a few seconds and trying to get her attention at the win...
Got there at 10:30 on the way back from taking my son to the doctor. When I pulled up they told me it would be at least another half hour before they open even though the sign says they open at 10:30 which is fine. Lady can out again to tell me it wasgoing to be another 10 mins, it was like they was trying to get me to leave. I waited. When I got to order the ladies had aattitude and told me it would be an additional 10 mims until the food would be ready. I am giving 3 stars due to the service Ireceived today. Let hope the food comes out fresh when I finally get it.
The ice cream here is delicious, and I was pleased to find a nondairy option available. Overall, I had a great experience. For my meal, I dined in and found the prices quite reasonable, ranging from $1 to $10. I would rate the food a perfect 5, the service equally as good with a 5, and the atmosphere also deserves a 5.
The management leaves much to be desired. While some employees provided good service, it was evident that the manager was intoxicated. Additionally, the manager seems to struggle with effectively overseeing younger staff. The young employees show promise, but a change in management is necessary for improvement. The people here were extremely kind and thoughtful. They were attentive to all the customers and really showed pride in their work. I have not been to a Dairy Queen with better customer service. The ice cream we got was amazing as well. I’d come back again. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
This is a fantastic restaurant with friendly staff and a high level of cleanliness. The food was excellent. I visited for dinner, and the price per person was between $1 and $10. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all as a perfect 5 out of 5.
