I visited this restaurant and was met with a rude response from the girl at the register with blue hair. When I asked her to add buffalo sauce after grilling the chicken, she curtly replied that she knew what to do. She seemed to be in a rush and acted as if she was too busy, resulting in poor customer service.
The food was decent, but the restaurant has a major issue with its employees. While we were dining, the staff was constantly arguing in front of customers, causing many to leave. At one point, a staff member was even crying loudly. The arguing continued for the entire three hours we were there.
Had an italian toasted sandwich and couldn't taste the meat, no flavor, only thing with flavor was the onions. My spouse had the Thanksgiving toast and the meat had no flavor and could only taste cranberry sauce. Better off going to Jersey Mike's around the corner.

Ordered the Steak Number 9 and the Lobster roll. Both were really good! The woman behind the counter was very friendly and helpful with the food choices. Didn’t take too long for the food to come out and it was worth the wait!
We love this location!! Jessica and her team have knocked it out of the park the past 2 weeks!! From the quality of the sandwiches to the DoorDash delivery, you guys take it to the next level!!!
I go to the Middletown RI location about 2/3x a month, never had a problem with my order and food always tasted good, staff friendly. I do wish there were more rewards or promo codes.

I tried the rice bowls, and I loved them. I was pleasantly surprised. I got a medium southwest chicken bowl , and it was amazing
